The loop

  1. SCENE 01

    Put a script in

Upload one PDF. We read the page count and file it under the right format and genre.

  2. SCENE 02

    Read someone else's

You're handed two scripts of your format. Download both, read as much as you need.

  3. SCENE 03

    Review each, pick a winner

A review for each script, scored across six things, and the page you stopped on. Nobody sees your name.

  4. SCENE 04

    Spend what you earn

Each battle you review pays one to five vouchers, by the length of the pair. Vouchers enter your script into bouts and tournaments.

4 — THE LADDER

Ten ranks.
Everyone starts at the bottom.

Points come from placing in bouts and tournaments. Nothing else moves you up — you can’t buy a rank, and you can’t get one without other writers choosing your script.

The page count comes from your PDF, never from a form. The format is yours to choose — but only from the ones your real page count could plausibly be, so nobody files a feature as a short to find an easier pool.
